Example Pricing Basic Clean: Starting at $150 Light cleaning for general upkeep, touch-ups, and smaller spaces. Standard Clean: Starting at $225 A more complete clean including; bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and main living areas. Full Property Clean: Starting at $275+ Best for move-outs, larger homes, multi-story properties, exterior touch-ups, or deeper property prep. Post-Construction / Heavy Cleaning: Custom quote For remodel dust, debris, paint residue, construction cleanup, or heavily neglected spaces. Booking, Quote & Cancellation Policy Booking Policy Appointments are requested online and confirmed after review by our team. Submitting a request does not guarantee the appointment is finalized until confirmed. Quote & Pricing Final pricing may vary based on the service requested, project scope, property size, condition, access, materials, labor, and any add-on services. Final Approval Before work begins, our team will review the scope, confirm the final price, and receive your approval. Work will only continue once the quote is accepted. Access to Property The property must be accessible at the scheduled time. Delays, locked areas, unsafe conditions, or denied access may require rescheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours notice (Verbal, Text, or Email) to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
