The Investor Bidding Rules

BIDDING TIMELINE

OPEN HOUSE POLICY
We host exactly one professional open house 24 hours before the bidding clock expires. This is the mandatory final walk-through for investors to verify property condition post-cleaning. Final submissions and qualified bid adjustments are typically localized within this 24-hour peak period.
FINAL SELECTION
Upon countdown completion, the platform halts all submissions. The highest qualified bidder is identified via our algorithm and vetted by our internal team. Both the seller and the successful investor receive automated notifications to trigger closing and clearing services immediately.
